1. How does Spy earpiece sets work?
Each spy earpiece set includes a Bluetooth transmitter and a Gsm earpiece. The earpiece is wireless and super small, so it is easily hidden inside your ear. The transmitter gets connected to your mobile phone through Bluetooth. The transmitter has got an embedded microphone that permits your partner hear everything you say. 2. Can somebody beside me hear the Gsm earpiece?
No, they can't, only you can hear what your partner is saying. When the earpiece is inside your ear, the voice of your partner cannot be heard from outside. For that just make sure you adjust the volume on your phone so that you can hear it loud and clear.
3. What is the difference between MWE and MWE Bluetooth Sets?
The earpiece is the same in both sets: it is wireless and gets signal from a mobile phone through the transmitter which is a cord that you put on your neck. The difference consists in the following:
- MWE set looks like a regular hands free. It gets connected to your phone through the audio output jack. This set can be used with the certain brand of a cell phone only! For example, you cannot use Nokia compatible headset with Motorola cell phone. So when you make an order, please, inform us what cell phone you are going to use with the MWE set.
- MWE Bluetooth set works like a standard Bluetooth set. It is connected to your phone wirelessly. The advantage of this model is that it is compatible to any cell phone with Bluetooth function.
4. What is the MWE MP3 set for?
MWE MP3 is to be used with MP3 players, cell phones and other recording devices. It has a standard 3.5 mm jack. With the help of MWE MP3 set you can secretly listen to your audio files: music or voice recordings. 5. You sell spy, nano and digital earpieces. How do they differ?
We have 3 types of the Gsm wireless earpiece:
- Spy Earpiece is a standard wireless earpiece that is 0.4 x 0.22 x 0.22 inches. It can work about 6 hours.
- Nano Earpiece is based on modern nano technologies, it can work up to 7 hours and is 0.35 x 0.18 x 0.18 inches.
- Digital Earpiece is the latest invention on the spy market. Advanced and super efficient, it works up to 8 hours and is only 0.35 x 0.17 x 0.17 inches.

6. How can I pay for the order?
We offer you several payment methods, so feel free to choose the one that suits you best:
- You can pay by your credit card through PayPal or CCNow payment systems. Please, keep in mind, that if your country is not in PayPal list or you have no credit card, you need to choose another payment method.
- You can make Wire bank transfer or pay by Western Union. For that, please, contact us and get the necessary payment details directly from our manager.
7. What countries do you deliver to and how long does it take?
We send our earpiece sets worldwide. We offer two types of delivery - standard delivery by post (7-10 business days) and express delivery (3-4 business days). Making an order, please, keep in mind these delivery terms and make your order in advance. Please, contact us to learn the exact cost of delivery to your country.
Please, keep in mind that if your payment address differs from your shipping address, you'll have to send us a copy of your ID (Identification Document). This way we protect our clients and our company from online frauds.
8. Can you guarantee that I will get my order safe and on time?
After receiving the payment from you, we will send your micro earpiece via Air Mail Service. The package will have a special tracking number and therefore cannot be lost.
9. I need more batteries for my earpiece. What do I do?
We use standard batteries that are sold worldwide, so the simplest way is to buy the same batteries in your local shop. However, if you prefer you can simply order them on our website HERE.
When you buy new batteries, please, make sure you choose the right type of the battery. For spy earpiece it is LR 521 battery type, for nano and digital earpiece - Sony Type 337.
10. Is it safe to use the Gsm earpiece?
The Gsm earpiece is absolutely safe. All you need to do is to follow simple instructions:
- Clean your ears well right before use.
- Carefully insert the Gsm micro earpiece inside your ear.
- When you are done take the earpiece out with the help of the ejection string.

No, you don't. It works the same way as a regular headset or Bluetooth (depending on the model you choose).
15. What is the output of volume of the Gsm micro earpiece?
The output of volume equals 100-105 db. The earpiece offers perfect and clear sound.
