1. What is the difference between
two models: MWE and MWE Bluetooth?
The
earpiece is the same in both models:
it is wireless and getting signal from your cell
phone through the transmitter which is a cord
that you put on your neck. The difference is the
following:
• MWE
set looks like a regular hands free headset for
a sell phone. It is wired to your phone through
the audio output jack (cutoff point).
Note: As output jacks vary depending
on the model of the phone (for example, you cannot
use Nokia compatible headset with Motorola cell
phone) we strongly recommend you to inform us
what cell phone you are going to connect our device
to. For your convenience we have MWE sets available
for any brand and model.
• MWE
Bluetooth set works like a regular Bluetooth
set. It is connected to your phone wirelessly.
The micro earpiece is put inside your ear and
the Bluetooth trasmitter is put on your neck (hidden
under your clothes). The advantage of this model
is that it is compatible to any cell phone which
has Bluetooth function.
2.What is the MWE MP3 set for?
MWE MP3 is to be used with MP3 and flash players.
It has 3.5 mm jack. With the help of MWE MP3 set
you can secretly listen to your audio files: music
or voice recordings.
3. Can somebody beside me hear the earpiece?
No, they can't. When it's inside your ear it cannot
be heard from outside. Make sure you adjust the
volume on your phone so you can hear it loud and
clear.
4. What is the output of volume in the
earphone?
The output of volume is 100-105 db. It provides
perfect clear sound.
5. How do I know how to use the product?

We deliver

3-7 business days. Please, keep in mind these

9. Can you guarantee that I will get my order
on time?
We will send your order via EMS (Express Mail
Service). The package will have a special tracking
number and therefore cannot be lost.
10. Is it safe to use the spy earpiece?
It is absolutely
safe to use. All you need to do is to follow simple
instructions:
• Clean
your ears thoroughly right before use.
• Carefully
put the earpiece inside your ear.
• When
you are done take the earpiece out with the help
of the ejection string.
11. Do I need any installation software?
No, you don't. It works the same as a regular
headset or Bluetooth (depending on the model you
choose).
