Every device is thoroughly tested by our technicinas right before packing up and shipping to a customer. Therefore we guarantee proper work and package of the unit.
We sell every unit with 3 months of warranty. This warranty is given to the original purchaser and valid throughout the warranty period only.If you handled the device with care and it stopped to function or a hardware defect arises within the warranty period, we are ready to accept the product, repair it for free or exchange the product for a new one. Note that in this case a client is responsible for paying shipping expenses.
If you have sent us the working item, we will send it back after you pay all shipping and service fees.
If the received device is damaged by you and you didn’t follow the care and maintenance conditions, you will have to pay for the repair of the damaged item and for the shipping and handling expenses.

Care and maintenance
Your device is a product of superior quality and craftsmanship and should be treated with care. To use the device long and effectively, please, read the following care and maintenance rules:
- Keep the unit and all the accessories out of the reach of small children.
- Keep the device dry. Precipitation, humidity and all types of liquids or moisture can contain minerals that will corrode electronic circuits. If your device does get wet, remove the battery and allow the device to dry completely before inserting a new battery.
- Do not use or store the device in dusty, dirty areas. Its moving parts and electronic components can be damaged.
- Do not store the device in hot areas. High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices, damage batteries, and warp or melt certain plastics.
- Do not store the device in cold areas. When the device returns to its normal temperature, moisture can form inside the device and damage electronic circuit boards.
- Do not attempt to open the device casing.
- Do not drop, knock, or shake the device. Rough handling can break internal circuit boards and fine mechanics.
- Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents to clean the device.
- Do not paint the device. Paint can clog the moving parts and prevent proper operation.
All of the above suggestions apply equally to your device, battery, charger, or any enhancement. If any device is not working properly, send it back within 3 months.
Upon delivery make sure that the parcel has no mechanical damage and had not been opened. In case you notice any defect, we strongly recommend you to open the parcel in the presence of a courier and make up a protocol in case of damage or absence of some devices. Otherwise, the items will be recognized neither repayable nor exchangeable.
We really care about our customers, so if you´re not satisfied with the purchased item, let us know and we can replace or repair the device by your wish. In case the device doesn't work, you can get a refund. Refund implies a full product’s cost excluding 25% (20% of the restocking fee and 5% CCNow fee) from the item’s sum.
If you've decided to send back your order, you should do it unworn, unwashed and in its original package. Please, take into account that our customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs in case of order return. We do the refund only after the item is checked by our specialists.
